Roof Maxx in Savoy, IL
Savoy has grown a lot since it was incorporated in 1956. If your roof is in the middle of its life, with shingles still whole but drying out, that's the stage where Roof Maxx makes the most sense.
Savoy's storm record is mostly wind.
NOAA has 10 hail, wind and tornado reports in Savoy from 2015 to 2025. Eight were damaging wind, including a measured 62 mph gust on March 31, 2023; the only hail report was 0.75 inch in April 2022.
With little large hail on record, Savoy roofs tend to wear out from age, sun and wind rather than impact. That makes many of them candidates for treatment instead of tear-off.

Savoy sits right against Champaign, less than two miles from the University of Illinois campus, with parks like Burwash Park, an Underground Railroad site. Half of Savoy's homes were built in about 1996 or later, so many of its roofs are still inside Roof Maxx's 5-to-25-year range. We check the village's current rules before scheduling any repair work.
